What services does the Document Public Company provide in Madrid?
The office operates on a “single window” basis and provides the following administrative services:
- Making a passport (initial receipt or replacement of a biometric document).
- ID card instead of the old passport book or if a document is lost.
- Simultaneous design international passport and ID card (the most popular service).
- Certificate of no criminal record (required for many Spanish procedures, for example, when obtaining a residence or work permit).
